Scrappy's was formed in 2008 after years of extensive research from bartender Miles Thomas in Seattle, who sought out how to extract flavours and how to pair them to intensify the flavours he sought. All the ingredients are of the highest quality, organic and each batch is handmade. Made from an antique recipe, Celery Bitters harks back to the 19th century, where these flavours where more widely used. Green herbs, coriander, celery seed and anise all play well in this vegetal bitters. Great for adding a touch of savouriness to drinks, and goes especially well with tequila.
