Scrappy's was formed in 2008 after years of extensive research from bartender Miles Thomas in Seattle, who sought out how to extract flavours and how to pair them to intensify the flavours he wanted. All the ingredients are of the highest quality, organic and each batch is handmade. The Lavender Bitters is their flagship bottling and also one that they invented. Immensely floral with earthy notes of minerals and flint. Very fresh and dry, with lots of green flowers. Best served when you need to add a floral note to drinks, or add a dash or two in a gin and tonic for something more unusual.
