Scrappy's was formed in 2008 after years of extensive research from bartender Miles Thomas in Seattle, who sought out how to extract flavours and how to pair them to intensify the flavours he wanted. All the ingredients are of the highest quality, organic and each batch is handmade. Orange bitters are the second most-used bitters after aromatic ones. Scrappy's Orange Bitters has a burst of citrus fruits and orange, backed up by spice berries , think black pepper and nutmeg.
