Gonzalez Byass is the world's most famous wine and sherry (Sherry is classified as a type of wine). Every year, the winery releases a specially selected Fino from a small batch of carefully selectes barrels. From 100 barrels, 60 were chosen to create this magnificent sherry. A nose bottled at the pinnacle of flor development, with lots of green and yellow apples, yeasty dough and distinctive almond notes. Fresh and pungent, with good acetaldehydes, hints of straw and salt. A palate with typical hay and almond bitterness, very dry and clean. Hints of fruit underneath (mostly apple). Salty notes, hints of olive brine. A sherry that is full of flavour.
